German Fisherman Finds ‘World’s Oldest Message In A Bottle’ — 3 Comments
Very interesting report and I’ll take it at face value. Who knows? One LUSITANIA life jacket floated all the way into Chespapeake Bay years later. A chamapagne bottle with message tossed from the ANDREA DORIA shortly before the collission with the STOCKHOLM was found. If so, then think of all the toxic wastes, radioactive partles from you know what way over there then. Ummmmm.
Good point. The cesium 137 released from Fukushima will take 150 years or so to decay.
Nice story – too bad for the “buzz kills” in the previous comments
